Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!

The premise of this series is that Shaggy's wealthy uncle, Dr. Albert Shaggleford, has disappeared, leaving his estate to Shaggy. (Some people assume that he is dead, although Shaggy soon learns that he is actually in hiding.) Shaggy learns that his uncle was an inventor and has left behind some useful pieces of technology that he was developing, including a nano-tech formula that enhances Scooby Snacks to give Scooby different, usual abilities. He also had enemies, including Dr. Phineas Phibes, who is the main villain of the series, an evil genius who wants to take over the world

Shaggy and Scooby revamp the Mystery Machine, even giving it the ability to transform into different types of vehicles and use it to go after Dr. Phibes and foil his evil plans. To help them, they also have a robot servant called Robi.

Fred, Daphne, and Velma do appear in this series, but less often than in most series, and Shaggy and Scooby are much braver than they usually are. Unlike other series, which are purely episodic, this one also has an over-arching plot as Shaggy and Scooby learn Uncle Albert's secrets and defeat Dr. Phibes.

1 Shags to Riches Shaggy is informed that his uncle has disappeared and that he has left Shaggy a billion dollars and some of the inventions he was working on. A note tells Shaggy that his uncle isn't dead but has gone into hiding because enemies were trying to steal his uncle's inventions.
2 More Fondue for Scooby-Doo Uncle Albert contacts Shaggy, telling him and Scooby to go to Switzerland, where they must stop Dr. Phibes from interruptng a conference about global warming.
3 High Society Scooby Shaggy and Scooby sneak into a country club in order to save a group of scientists from Dr. Phibes.
4 Party Arty Shaggy and Scooby want to throw a party at their new mansion, but the president of the neighborhood's Housing Association takes issue with it, trying to get them evicted for violating neighborhood codes. Meanwhile, Dr. Phibes tries to use the party to infiltrate the mansion and get rid of our heroes.
5 Smart House Shaggy and Scooby stop Dr. Phibes from infecting the country's defense systems wuth a computer virus, but they accidentally infect their own computer systems with the virus, causing the mansion to go haywire.
6 Lightning Strikes Twice Dr. Phibes invents a machine that creates thunderstorms, and Scooby must conquer his fear of lightning in order to help Shaggy stop Dr. Phibes.
7 Don't Feed the Animals Dr. Phibes plots to steal all of the leaves from the rainforest because he needs them in order to make himself immortal.
8 Mystery of the Missing Mystery Solvers Shaggy and Scooby have been nominated for the Mystery Solvers of the Millennium award, but people at the ceremony start disappearing every time there's lightning.
9 Chefs of Steel Dr. Phibes tries to learn the secret of the formula that enhances Scooby Snacks by hypnotizing Shaggy and Scooby with a special hibachi when they visit the set of Chefs of Steel, a cooking show that they like.
10 Almost Ghosts Dr. Phibes turns two of his agents invisible, and Shaggy and Scooby have to go to an army base to catch them. Fred, Velma, and Daphne also join them, thinking that the invisible agents might be ghosts.
11 Pole to Pole As part of his plot to make himself immortal, Dr. Phibes has developed a device that will destroy all of the electronics in the world and put it in the Mystery Machine. Scooby and Shaggy go back in time to stop him.
12 Big Trouble Uncle Albert alerts Shaggy and Scooby to Dr. Phibes' latest plot, involving a giant robot.
13 Operation Dog and Hippy Boy Dr. Phibes sends three ruthless criminals after Shaggy and Scooby to get the secret formula.
14 Shaggy and Scooby World Shaggy and Scooby open an amusement park. Dr. Phibes tries to take control of the attractions in the park, and Shaggy and Scooby try to stop him while keeping the patrons from noticing.
15 Almost Purr-fect Shaggy and Scooby are hosting a dog show at their mansion, and Dr. Phibes tries to infiltrate it disguised as a cat.
16 Inside Job Dr. Phibes consumes the nano-tech formula, and Shaggy and Scooby have to try to get the nano-bots out of his body before he uses his powers to destroy a set of octuplets.
17 Zoinksman Dr. Phibes plans to low up his lair in a volcano and cause nuclear winter. Shaggy tries to stop him while using his unce's super suit, which has a few bugs.
18 The Many Faces of Evil Dr. Phibes creates an army of nano clones that have his personality traits. Meanwhile, Scooby temporarily becomes immune to the nano-tech formula.
19 Cruisin' For a Bruisin' Shaggy and Scooby and Dr. Phibes all decide that they need a rest. When they accidentally all book a vacation on the same cruise ship, they call a temporary truce, but Dr. Phibes violates it when he gets tired of Shaggy and Scooby's antics interrupting his rest.
20 There's a Doctor in the House Dr. Phibes shows up at the mansion after his most evil clone kicks him out of his lair. Shaggy and Scooby agree to let him stay after he promises that he'll behave, but he can't resist prank calling his clone, which makes the clone so angry that he decides to destroy the world.
21 Super Scary Movie Night While Shaggy and Scooby are having a movie night, Dr. Phibes creates monsters like the ones in classic horror movies.
22 Runaway Robi Shaggy and Scooby say that Robi is a bad trainer when their exercise course doesn't go well, and Robi decides to run away from home.
23 Don't Get a Big Head Dr. Phibes comes up with a plan to make everyone else stupid.
24 Scooby-Dudes Dr. Phibes goes to the ranch where he grew up to make giant animals that he can use to take over the world.
25 Zoinks the Wonderdog Shaggy gets a visit from Zoinks, a dog he owned before, and Scooby, feeling jealous, finds Zoinks' owner, Groovy Don. However, Groovy Don and Zoinks are actually inventions that Dr. Phibes created to separate Shaggy and Scooby.
26 Uncle Albert Alert Shaggy learns that Uncle Albert has been undercover in Dr. Phibes' organization the entire time. However, Dr. Phibes is getting close to discovering his identity. Shaggy and Scooby must rescue Uncle Albert!
